Hi, New to Plusnet today but caller ID is not working. Phone is definitely compatible with the service. Can anyone help please?

Welcome to Plusnet and the Forum @ajt1
If you go to your account on the Plusnet website, is caller ID enabled? If not, you could be able to add it to your service yourself. Please let us know what you find.
If the site says it is already set up, then you will need a Plusnet person to respond to this thread, or you will need to contact them by phone.

My account says that caller display is active.

But when I type #234# into the phone it says "callers identities will not be displayed".
Any staff members out there who could help please?

Thanks to the support team for your call this morning, however it's still not working. Still says "Caller identities will not be displayed" and when phone rings it simply says "Incoming call".
