Hi.
I'm new to Plusnet, Changed from BT. I'm paying extra for Caller ID on Plusnet. Informed customer service adviser by phone several days ago that Caller ID not working. No resolution yet. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear caller display isn't working.
Can you dial *#234# and let us know what you hear?
If there is an announcement to state that the service is disabled, please try enabling it by dialling *234#

I tried *#234# and got the message "this service is unavailable"
I tried *234# but got the same result.
Any further suggestions?

Hi Paul, sorry to hear you're having call feature issues.
I've checked this side and every thing is showing as added on both account and our suppliers side. The next thing I suggest then which I've seen resolve these issues in the past is to remove and re-add the call feature on our suppliers end.
I've removed the call feature now and we should be able to re-add it this time tomorrow which can take up to another 24 hours at most. I'd recommend then if you check to see if it's working come this time or alter on Friday hopefully you start seeing the numbers coming through. Let us know how it goes.
