Caller ID not working

I just switched from TalkTalk to Plusnet and my Caller ID has stopped working. It is showing as enabled in my account settings online, but calling  *#234# tells me the service is not enabled.

Please can you enable this feature on my account?

Hi there.

I've put that through now so it should be working within an hour or so.

I'm sorry that this wasn't done sooner.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
