I've just switched my phone line from BT to Plusnet on 3rd November.
I had Caller ID with BT and ordered it with Plusnet and it is showing up in the phone control panel, but it is not working as all numbers show as "unknown". Has this feature actually been enabled on my line?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
I've tried to place an order to resolve this, this should take a couple of hours. Can you let us know if this resolves it please.
