My caller ID does not seem to be working - I have tried the #234# and I get 'this service is not available'. I'm pretty sure I ordered the service and been paying for it!

Hi @techniz,
Unfortunately it looks like this wasn't added as part of your order despite being requested on the account.
I've placed an order to get this added now, although we have to advise of a 1 working day leadtime on these orders, they generally complete fairly quickly.
I'll also make sure to refund the previous payment for the call feature for you. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
