Caller ID not working

I've recently changed to Plusnet everything's gone fine except caller ID 

I've checked my account and it definitely is one of my extra features 

I've also dialled *#234# as seen on another thread and it states the service is not available so I'm assuming for some reason it's not been activated

Any help to sort as soon as possible is much appreciated

Hello there,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with caller display.

I will take a look into the issue tomorrow morning for you once I am back in the office.

I've checked your line and I can see that the feature is enabled.

 

To attempt to resolve the problem I will remove and re-add the feature. This process can take a maximum of 24 hours and I'll update your ticket once it has completed.
