Caller ID not working - unavailable

Caller ID is a subscribed service of mine and shows on my products but it is not working, I have dialed the number for the automated message that says it is not available. I need to raise a ticket. Can I do that without having to call in as I really don’t have time. Thanks

Hi @RichMid Maybe trying to de-activate leaving for a short period then re-activating within your account could help
