Caller ID not working since moving house

I have been with Plusnet for a number of years and have recently moved , however my caller ID service is not working now even though at my old address it work perfectly. My telephone number is still the same but it just appears as ‘call’ whenever anyone rings. Any suggestions to get this sorted. Tried contacting Plusnet but takes too long to get through for such a minor issue

It looks like this wasn't added when the order was placed.

I've done this for you now and it should be up and running within a hour or so
