Caller ID not working after move from BT

Hi!

As other posts I've seen in the forums, we transferred our phone from BT yesterday and now our caller ID isn't working even though it shows as active in the 'call features' section of my account.

It worked fine with BT so I know the handsets are compatible but now it just says "Incoming call" rather than a phone number. Does it just need someone to switch it off and on again as in other cases?

We're sorry to hear about the problems you're having with Caller Display.

 

I have removed the feature from your line and placed it back on again to see if it makes a difference. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to take effect.
