Caller ID not working after house move

Thought I'd try the forums seeing as wait times are now up to over an hour....
We're supposed to have caller ID on our account but we've moved recently and it's no longer working.
Calling *234# gives: "Sorry, the service requested is not available."
But on our account it's showing as 'Caller Display' under the extras.  It's also still showing our old house phone number instead of the new one.
As we have a BT Call Guardian handset, it's causing us problems as it can no longer see whitelisted incoming numbers.
Can someone please have a look at this?

Hi there,
I've just checked the particulars relating to the orders for the house move and caller display was requested so this should be active.
This is likely to mean a fault with the service, however as this can lead to charges if it's due to your equipment (and we want to avoid this) do you have access to another handset to try out?

Sorry, I should have updated.  Eventually got it sorted with an online chat.  My details weren't set correctly but they've now been fixed.... at least for THAT problem Sad
