Hi
Started with Plusnet a couple of weeks ago in new home. Still no caller ID yet. Have tried using *#234# and *234# but get 'Service not available'.
I hope Plusnet support can kick this into starting please.

Go to "Your A/C" settings & see if you ordered this; it's not free. You can order via portal.

Thank you. But I have just checked by getting someone to phone and it isn't showing. I will wait a further 24 hrs just in case.

I'm sorry that the caller display feature wasn't working when you checked this yesterday. I've checked your line and it's showing that caller display is now enabled on both our and our supplier's system. Please let us know if this still isn't working for you.

Thank you for sorting this! It was interesting that I had to reset my phone in order for it to come up even though the *#234# showed it was available.
