Caller ID issue

Hi. My mother signed up for plusnet broadband and phone back in January 2020. Her package should include caller id but it’s not working, it never has.

We have checked the account details say that Caller Display is on, but I do not get any numbers displayed. I see from the forum that this is not an uncommon problem. #234# tells me it's unavailable - can you please fix this?
