I have recently migrated from TalkTalk and have paid for caller id as part of my package. I expected this to be active when all other services came online but it hasn't. I have followed troubleshooting steps that recommend using master socket direct, no difference. I also called *#234# and received the message "Sorry this service is unavailable" which would suggest caller display has not been activated. Trying to activate via *234# had no result either.

Yes and it is shown green and is being charged at 99p per month.

Hi
Caller display is showing enabled with ourselves and Openreach, I have removed the feature and will re-add it once it has been removed in case anything has gotten stuck in the background systems.

Caller Display has now been re-added to the line, can you check again for me, if this doesn't work do you have any other handsets as it would be advisable to rule out any internal issues before raising a fault on the problem
