I signed up with plusnet a couple of months ago. Despite having caller display enabled, a compatible phone (that caller display worked on with my previous provider), I am unable to see the caller ID. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've looked into this and I can see that the caller display feature is live on our supplier's systems so it should be working for you.
To try and fix this I've removed and readded the feature which should complete in the next hour.
Can you check again later and let us know how you get on?
