Caller ID and Voicemail

Hello,

i moved house a few weeks ago and continued to use PN in my new home. 

My control panel shows that Voicemail is Off while Caller ID is On. However, I just found someone (spam) left messages while caller ID is not working. 

 

I’ve just tried activating Voicemail, to see if turning on/off would work, but anything PN needs to do from your side to get voicemail off and caller ID on?

Hi Ronan,

 

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I am sorry to learn of the difficulties you have encountered with the available line features.

 

If you’ve done it from your end I believe the issue should be rectified. After reviewing your account I can see the caller display feature was inactive and voicemail is working correctly. The caller display feature has now been applied and will come into effect in 24 hours. Let us know if the issue still persists.
