Caller ID Stopped Working

Hello,

Please can someone look into why my landline Caller ID has stopped working? This definitely appears to be a line fault as I've already tried the following to no avail:

- Alternative phone
- Current and alternative phone connected to the test socket
- Deactivating then reactivating Caller ID on my PlusNet account

Hi @purenirvana, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your caller display as of recent. The checks you've already completed hint it's something beyond our and your control so we've rasied a fault with our suppliers to investigate further.
I've updated the fault ticket on your account which can be seen here and we'll look to update this further as we hear more from our suppliers regarding the issue.
