Re: Caller Display

Calls diverted to my mobile when my phone had a fault were charged on my BT bill - which naturally got me rather annoyed as I had been promised there was no charge for this service.  They were refunded afterwards - but only after I complained.  So don't imagine Plusnet is necessarily worse than BT in this respect!

Re: Caller Display

Hi - just to clarify, we may have made a special case to refund diverted calls during a fault in the past, but this is not something that's routinely offered and would only be considered in exceptional cases.

Re: Caller Display

I switched from BT to Plusnet because the package was cheaper after including 99p for caller display. This will, of course, not be the case after 18 November (Plusnet increase) until 5 January (BT increase)  Sad However, I paid a 12 month advance rental, so will not be affected before renewal  Cheesy Cheesy
Just taking line rental costs (now, then 5 Jan or 18 Nov):

BT 14.60 then 15:45
Plusnet 12.99 then 13.99
or, 12 month line rental:
BT 10.75 then (not specified)
Plusnet 9.49 then 10.49
Obviously, I would prefer free caller display (as well as 1571, which I also use), but ...
