Caller Display

Hi
My phone went active yesterday, and I have given it 24 hours, but my caller display is not working.
I have tried dialling *#234#, but the message I get is "Sorry, the service requested is not available."
I have caller display on my account, so can someone take a look please?

Would someone at PlusNet be kind enough to do the same for me, mine is not working either. I also have another problem, how do you stop the unwanted calls facility at £4/month, this facility has never worked and I am sick of paying for a service that is useless.

@TheFlyingMouse - I understand you arranged the removal of 'anonymous caller reject' shortly after making this post. Sorry to hear it wasn't as effective as we would have liked it to have been.
