Caller Display

Will be transferring to PN on Monday for Phone & Broadband package with caller display included. I Understand that the caller display has to be activated via PN website. where will I find information on how to do that ?

I  recently transferred my phone to Plusnet and opted for anytime calls and caller display. I found the caller display worked from the start and I didn't have to activate it so may be worth checking before doing anything. I had caller display with previous supplier BT.
If you want voicemail (1571) it is free but you'll need to add it via the Telephone Control Panel before you can use it.

Thats handy to know I currently have caller display with my BT line so will check it out following my phone being transferred to Plusnet tomorrow
