Caller Display requested

I requested  "caller display" to be included in my package and "1571" not to be included when joining 11 days ago.
On, the 01/03/2013 I added a note to the above ticket to to chase this.
This morning at 11:24 I received two emails and two texts saying that "caller display" and "voice mail" will be removed.
I do not want "caller display" removed - I am still waiting for it.
Please remove "voice mail" and instigate "caller display".

The 1571 service should no be removed and I've palced an order for caller display, this should be added by the end tomorrow for you.

Caller display is now active.
