Caller Display not working

Hi, just moved to Plusnet from BT and the caller display isn't working. I've called *# number and it says will be displayed but isn't. Got a BT8600 so should have. any ideas.

I'm sorry to hear caller display isn't working

 

I can see it's showing as active on your line, so I'm going to try removing the feature and then re-adding it.

It should be removed overnight and we'll let you know tomorrow when it's re-added.

We've re-enabled caller display on your line.

Can you confirm it's working?

Hiya,

 

Just got home and tried it, just says incoming call when rings (and no number on other calls that have rung)
