Caller Display not working

Hi. Been with plus net a month and not seeing my caller Display working having paid for the service. Can you help please

Hi there. It looks like caller display is active on your phone line, so I'll try to remove it and then re-add it.

Can you try tomorrow?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
