Caller Display not working

Hi Plusnet team


I’m also having the same problem as above.  I do have a caller display suitable phone as it’s a BT Call Guardian model.  I’ve called but don’t fancy waiting 45mins to speak to someone.

Unfortunately, we no longer know what the "above problem" is - odd formatting, not working at all ......? Shocked

It looks like caller display has since been activated on your line.
