Caller Display not working

My caller display is not working although I have selected and am paying for it.

I just did the troubleshoot dialled #234# and it said the service was unavailable, so I think that means it hasn't been activated. 

Please can someone activate it for me?

I've placed a order to add the caller display and it should be working in the next hour or so.
