Caller Display not working after house move

Hi there,

I've moved home and had my home phone and broadband transferred and activated at my new address. Phone and broadband went live as requested after visit by an engineer

However, my Caller Display does not work. I have checked my call features through my account online and it is enabled but it is not working for some reason?

Hi @KR1 I had this same problem when I moved in September including Call protect, raised at fault through portal and all fixed within a couple of days. Alternatively ring 0800 022 3300 customer services

Hi mort 7890,

Sadly, I tried ringing customer services but gave up after 34 minutes on hold. Very, very difficult to get through. Major downside of this provider.
