Caller Display not working after home phone transferred from BT today

Hi, my home phone has been transferred today from BT, but Caller Display is not working - it was working fine with BT. Calls just display as 'incoming call'. I have checked and 'Caller Display' IS ticked as active in my features. I have also dialled *#234# from the phone and the voice just says "sorry, the service requested is not available, please hang up". How do I get this made active please ?

I'm really sorry about that, and for the inconvenience it's caused. I've just had a look and can see that you've called in to get this sorted. Caller Display is now on your line. Smiley

Thank you Adam, yes I called the 0345 140 0200 number.  The staff were great and managed to sort it for me almost instantly, and incoming calls to my landline are displaying the number now as before.
