Caller Display not activated

I've had my plusnet for over 10 days caller display is not active. The control panel says it is awaiting activation . I am being charged for it. How can this be resolved

Hi there,


It looks like caller ID wasn't active on the back end systems. I've just done that for you now, and it should start working within the next few hours. I've also raised a task [516017] internally to fix the home phone control panel for you.


I've also removed voicemail from the line [this should take a few hours too] as per your thread over here
