Caller Display not activated

I switched from BT to Plusnet on 9 September but my Caller Display isn't working, the Phone Control Panel shows it as activated but dialling *#234# says the service is not available.

It's showing as on your account both on our side and our suppliers system, are you still having issues with this?

Hello, yes it still isn't working and the message on *#234# is the same. Caller ID was working on my phones when I was with BT and when I've been with Plusnet in the past.

Fix

I'll try removing the call feature and re-adding it to your line as that quite often fixes this.
