Hi I am new to Plusnet having moved from BT, I no longer have caller display on my phone and so I logged into my account but when I click PHONE within my account it says this....our records indicate that your telephone number may already be in use for Home Phone. This is a possible inconsistency with our records. If you wish to add Home Phone to your service please raise a question to our support centre and we will be happy to progress this for you.
My phone is working just I have no caller display and if I check my order I definitely have confirmation of ….

I have amended this for you and your caller display will start working within the next 24 hours.
Regarding your account not showing your phone line, your account is affected by a minor issue that is slowing down the order process to activate the product on your account, this does not affect the functionality however and will complete soon.
