I requested that caller display be activated on my line. This has been working for over a week on my phone. However, on my account page it is showing that I have an active order which is awaiting to be processed. This means I can not request any more changes on my account, while the account page is stuck in the activating the caller display which is actually activated. Could someone from PN perhaps look into this for me.
