Caller Display Order

I have just received an unexpected email from Plusnet which reads :

 

"We've received your order to change your call features. The following will be added within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email for the same once completed: 

  • Caller Display"

I did not order this but when I look on my Telephone Control Panel, it shows it as an Extra Service, but seems to imply that there is no charge for this.  Is that correct ?

Frankly I thought I had Caller Display already, but perhaps I was paying for it before, and now it has been added as a free service.  I certainly did not knowingly place a new order for it.

It is rather strange.

Thanks for clearing that up.  I thought I must have hit a button somewhere in error, because I did not remember ordering anything !  I do have one phone with a caller dosplay screen, so I will be intrigued to see if it works - providing I remember to look at the screen !
