Hi, I migrated to Plusnet Fibre and Phone today and it’s gone exactly as planned so thank you! However, Caller Display doesn’t appear to be working. It is showing in my account as active, can you please look into this. Many thanks, regards M.

We're sorry to hear that your caller display isn't functioning as expected.
To try and remedy the issue, we've removed it and re-added it to your line and it should start working for you within the next hour or so.
