Caller Display Not Working

Just switched phone and broadband to plusnet. All went to plan apart from the caller i.d. not working. I cant access the home phone control panel as it says its not available, with the following message:

Home Phone Control Panel not available

This page is only available to Home Phone customers.

If you've ordered Home Phone, you'll be able to use this page when your line has activated, we'll email you when this happens.

 

However the phone line is working and my order tracker states:

PhoneLine Only

Your order is now complete

Your call plan is ready to use.

 

Very confused with this, so can anyone help please?

Sorry to hear caller display isn't active on your line currently. This should be resolved shortly.

The order completed about 45 minutes after Harry added the call feature.

Mind running through the checks in this ticket and reply to it if you still have problems?
