I have been with PlusNet since October and all is great. I had Caller Display and all was working fine. Recently it has stopped working. I have not made any changed to my phone. I checked my account and it shows caller display is enabled. Is there something that can be done to check and re-enable caller display either on the control panel or by support?

Sorry to hear your caller display isn't working.
I've checked our suppliers systems and it's showing as enabled on there
To try and resolve this for you I've removed and readded the feature which should go through within 24 hours
