Call protect web access

I have just enabled call protect with the intention of barring international nuisance calls.

I think this is really the BT call protect service (same 1572 number, anyway).

With the BT service, I think it can be controlled from a 1572 menu, OR from a web page. However the Plusnet service appears not to offer the web page.

Is that right?

Hi @nmw01223, the call protect feature can only be controlled via dialing 1572 off the handset, this cannot be controlled by a webpage.

Are there plans to make a web page available? Presumably it is actually there, since it is the BT system?

We've not heard anything about this in the office, but if we do implement something along these lines then it will be communicated out via our regular channels.
