I note that Call Protect is enabled in my account after moving house with Plusnet a week ago, but can't access the 1572 service - it just says "the service can not be connected". Does something else need to be enabled? Does this mean I have lost all my previous blocks from the previous service?
Thanks for getting in touch @1dognight and I'm sorry to hear your call features aren't currently active. I can see after the house move the call features are showing active on the account but not on our suppliers side. In which case, I've placed an order to get the same call features in place for you and this should complete by this time tomorrow. As you've done a house move the numbers and options saved in your preivous Plusnet protect will have been removed. I hope this helps.
