Call protect not working...

Call protect not working...

My call protect is not working even though it's showing in my account as active. When I dial 1572 it says the service cannot be connected.
Can anyone help please?

I'm sorry to hear that your Call Protect wasn't working.

It looks like even though it was showing as active on our end it wasn't on our suppliers

This has now been added for you and it should be working within the hour

I have the same problem with call protect not working although it has a 'green light' on the website.  I don't have voicemail or plusnet call protect either and they both have a green light too.  Can anyone help with this - I really need these services.
