Call protect not working

I recently moved my phone line from BT to plusnet. I had call protect with BT and it worked very well, but since I've transferred over I get the message that the 'service is unavailable' when I try to call 1572. On my control panel it's ticked as green. Could this feature be turned on? Have I lost all the numbers I'd added with BT?

 

Between billing me wrongly and having to chase a repayment, nightmare in trying to get through to phone support, and now basic features not working I'm really regretting moving my phone line.

Hi @LilyF,

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced these issues. I can see that the Call Protect feature appears to be up and running from our side and so I would ask whether or not you've been able to see if the feature would work with another handset?

I can confirm it doesn't work from my other phone either, which is a corded handset. 

To be accurate, the message I'm getting is "The service can not be connected."

Thanks for the info.

Upon further investigation it looks like it isn't active on our suppliers side.

I've placed a order to add this and it should be up and running within a hour.
