I phoned up last Friday to switch our call plan from the old Anytime + plus 100 mobile minutes (£8 + £3 per month) to the new "Unlimited UK & Mobile" plan (£9 per month).
As of today I don't see any indication of this or if when it will be applied on the control panel. That still shows the old plan.
We did get an email last Friday, but weirdly the bit about the call plan is blank (see attached screenshot).
Can someone from Plusnet confirm that the change is (or will be) going ahead? I would like to now add the line rental saver, but don't want to proceed with that until I know the above is on track!
