Call features

Hi there,
Using the home phone control panel, I requested that voicemail be removed. This was just after a house move and I think this messed it up slightly as its been "awaiting removal" for a week now.
I would like to add caller display, but of course I can't do this until the voicemail is done.
Is there anyone who can look at this for me?

Having a look now.

I've raised a task to the relevant people. If you check it in the next 24 hours you should be able to remove voicemail.
