Call features stuck?

On Monday I used the Home Phone Control panel to activate Caller Id.
I received an email acknowledging the request and 10 minutes later another email saying the change was complete.
However, if I look on the Home Phone Control panel Call features tab, there is *still* a message saying

You currently have an order in progress to add call features
Your call feature(s) will be added to your account on the next working day.
Please note: If you've requested to add any call features, you cannot add or remove any further features until this is complete.

I would like to turn off voice mail, but the control panel won't let me do anything.

Re: Call features stuck?

Looks stuck and tbh I'd rather not bodge it because of your LRS. In any case, caller display's not currently on in our supplier's system, have you tested your line to see if this is active?

Re: Call features stuck?

I received a call this morning and the callers name was displayed so it looks like Caller Id is working.
Did you nudge something? At 13:07 I received another (two) emails saying:

We've completed the changes to your Call Features. We've added the following:
Caller Display

But the control panel is still stuck.  Angry

Re: Call features stuck?

That was me re-sending the order completion to see if it would work but to no avail Sad I was asking, though, about voice mail which you referenced in your first post - do you still want / need to change this?

Re: Call features stuck?

We have a telephone answering machine so don't need the voice mail feature. It could be confusing if this cut in before the answerphone did.
