Call feature stuck after making change

Hi, is it possible to fix the stuck call feature on my account as I cannot renew my services whilst this is pending for the lat week.

Hi @anneb, thanks for getting in touch and Welcome to the Community Forums.
I've removed the stuck call feature cahnge for you which should allow you to go through any of the online re-contracting offers you may have seen. It looks like one of your call features may have been removed due to this issue but I've put through the change on our suppliers side and your call features should be back active by this time tomorrow.

If you're still having issues when trying to renew online then I'd recommend giving our Customer Options Team a call who would be happy to help you with this. They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
