I paid for call divert to be added to my phone line last Thursday, but it still hasn't been activated. I have only had an email to say that voicemail has been removed, but nothing else. I have tried to setting it up by using *21*... etc but it hasn't been activated.
When I try and check the status on my account I get an error.
I have tried calling the helpline but gave up.
The call divert was meant to be a solution making sure I can receive important calls re a family member who is in hospital, but I am now in an even worse position as voicemail isn't even enabled anymore!
Does anyone have any ideas? Does it normally take this long?
Hi @ClaireK. Thanks for reporting this. i have sent this through to my colleague to check for a stuck call feature on your account - this may be the reason Caller Divert isn't working. You will get an update form your account asap. Chris - Leeds.
