Call divert not working

I added call divert to my call plan weeks ago, and only just got round to setting it up but Ive tried doing the *21* code thing to divert all calls but i just get an error message saying "sorry this is not available". Can someone help me out here?

I'm sorry to see your call divert isn't working. I can see this was missing on our suppliers side. I've now placed an order to activate it, which should complete within an hour.
