Call divert enabled but not working

I have enabled call divert and it has been activated but not working when I try to set up. It says it is not available on this line

I'm sorry to see that call divert isn't working for you.

I'm looking into this and I'll make sure we activate call divert for you as soon as we can.

From what I can see the call features we have listed on your account should now be working.
