Call diversion

I have unlimited call diversion but it is not letting me set up my number could anyone tell me the reason for this?

Has it worked previously, or is this the first time you've attempted to use it?

To assist in finding the problem, could you detail what sequence you are using to set up diversion, and what error message do you get?

Have you tried the call diversion set up, if not you can find it here.

Do you get an error message at all when trying to set the call diversion feature up?

Yes I have used it before and I am using *21*number#
