Call data not updating, once again

Too soon it seems
When do BT supply call data for calls made late Saturday night and on Sunday?
I'm still waiting for even unconfirmed data for those calls.

Mine has now updated to the 13th except for an International call made 10 days ago which is still not showing.

Hi guys,
We've got about 60k calls currently going through processing, which should bring us fully up to date in about 5 hours.
@reserved, we've found a problem with NZ calls, basically some of the destinations have been renamed by BT Wholesale, so we need to update our systems to match. This is why your call is not appearing (because it doesn't match any destination in our system).

:D, not all of New Zealand, but some calls now come with names such as this: Fixed Rate for Chatham Islands (NZ).

Must have renamed where we called as "don'tknow" as the call is still not listed

Well I never saw unconfirmed call data for any of those calls, which eventually appeared, nor did my question get answered.
It seems it's behind again.
Calls made on the 16th & 17th evenings were still not showing as even unconfirmed this afternoon, nor are they now.
