Call data not updating, once again

No call data updating since 18th November.  Any one else suffering the same problem?

All up to date for me - last call 22nd (which is correct - didn't use the phone on the 23rd).

Nothing since the 18th for me.
To be honest I've stopped worrying about this - the call records never seem to be up to date. It always sorts itself out in the end though.

Mine was up to date but has now slipped to no new calls since 16th November.
Not causing a problem as next billing date is 18th December but .........

Mine has still not updated since November 18th.  The reason I wanted to check is that I made my first 0845 call on Friday evening after 6pm and I wanted to checked that I hadn't been charged for it.    Guess I'll have to wait a little longer to find out.

Don't you think it's amazing that after all the time they have been offering home phone they still can't get the call data and billing right. Sounds like the need to employ some decent software engineers.

I would also have thought that once the program was in place it should update calls automatically as per

unless it was turned off, as was the case the other week.

@Glloyd - or buy software package from vendors who specialise in call billing, after all why reinvent the wheel

No such luck here.    Just checked and mine haven't updated.  Still shows 18/11/2009 23:06:37 as my last call.

Hi guys,
Call processing is a little behind at the moment. It should catch up over the next day or two.
The 4 hour update is unrealistic, I'm getting that changed shortly. The amount of calls we process now means the processing scripts take much longer than 4 hours to complete. 24 hours is a more realistic timeframe.
