Call credit limit management

Just received the service status report regarding the new system for managing Homephone failed billing/reaching credit limit. This seems a much more civilized approach and hopefully will be a vast improvement on simply barring outgoing calls.

Providing the update frequency is set low enough

Perhaps I should point out that the icon changes when you have read the post

I hardly ever use RSS for any thing 
and it was only posted just under two hours previously
