Hi,
I'm on free Evening and Weekend calls and have recently been charged for calls in the morning before 0800hrs and up till that time am I correct in thinking calls should be free till then?
I was charged with a call on 3/6/09 0715hrs and 16/6/09 0756hrs. Can plusnet or someone help with this?

Hiya,
Peak times for our Talk/Home Phone products is from 6am until 6pm.
Those calls sound like they were charged for correctly.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it was free until 8am until the recent price increase.

Yet again, this was one of the "hidden" or "small print" changes that they got criticised for.

Is the PN 1471 voice announcement different to BT? BT inform that using option 3 may incur a call cost.

It says at the end of the 1471 call:
'There is normally a charge for this service'.
